QDX, QD series submersible pump product overview:
1. the characteristics and uses
QDX, QD series submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump), is mainly composed of single-phase capacitor running asynchronous motor, pump and seal as three parts; water pump uses the closed impeller, double mechanical seal is used between the pump and motor, seal the mouth of the fixed stop using "0" type oil resistant rubber sealing ring static seal. This series pump because of the small volume, light weight, especially suitable for rural downhole pumping, farmland irrigation, garden irrigation and domestic water, can also be used to exclude industrial water, construction drainage and farming irrigation.
2. the use of conditions
Electric pump should be able to work normally and continuously under the following conditions:
A. electric pump for medium is water, the water temperature is not more than +40 degree;
B. the water PH value is 6.5~8.5;
C. the water containing solid impurity volume ratio of not more than 0.1%, particle size less than 0.2mm;
D. the power supply frequency is 50Hz, voltage of single-phase AC 220V, voltage fluctuation range of 0.9~1.1 times the rated value;
E. as a reference to the center of the impeller, pump submersible depth does not exceed 5m; is not applicable to sewage, chemical irrigation and drainage.
