Product overview
1, the characteristics and uses
WQD series submersible sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump), is mainly composed of single-phase capacitor running asynchronous motor pump consists of following forms of irrigation and drainage equipment; between the pump and motor adopts double mechanical seal as the seal, seal the mouth of the fixed stop using "0" type rubber sealing ring for static sealing. This series pump is widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, city environmental protection and other places can be pumped, containing short fiber, paper scraps, sediment and other solid particles in the liquid, such as slurry, mortar, domestic wastewater, sewage, agricultural irrigation and drainage, dredging river and pond ideal water equipment.
2. the use of conditions
Electric pump should be able to work normally and continuously under the following conditions:
A. medium temperature does not exceed +40 degree;
B. medium PH value is 4~10;
C. transmission medium solid volume ratio of not more than 2%;
D. power frequency is 50Hz, voltage single-phase 220V voltage fluctuation range of 0.9~1.1 times for the rated value;
E. depth of not more than 5M, not suitable for explosion-proof requirements of the environment.
